What is Reiki?

Reiki is a universal life force energy that balances the energetic, emotional and chakra energetic body.  Your aura and energy centers in the body store old emotions, wounds, fears, traumas, etc.  Old stagnant energy and can cause imbalances in the body.  Reiki is a non-invasive way to assist with balancing the energy centers and releasing old stagnant energy from the body.

What does a Full Reiki session consist of?

A Full Reiki session will take place over Zoom, please have your phone or computer fully charged.  The sessions typically last 60-90 minutes.  The session consists of seeing which chakras are open and closed, reiki session and sharing what messages or images popped up during the session.  Some clients feel the reiki energy going through their body and others just experience a deep state of relaxation.  Even if you don't feel anything, the energy is still going through your energetic body.  Notes during your session will be emailed to you within 3 business days, including exercises to help you keep yourself balanced in between sessions.  The reiki energy will still process for 14 days after your session.

A reiki session with Imani is a combination of energy balancing, meditation and a reading. 

What is a Mini Reiki Session?

A Mini Reiki Session is a session that is 20 minutes and consist of chakra checking and sending Reiki to each of the chakras.  You'll be texted when your session begins and ends.  The energy will be continued to be programming 7 days after your session. This is good if you need a quick refresher for your aura and chakra.

What is a Postpartum Reiki Session?

This 30-minute session is dedicated to those who just gave birth or gave birth within the last two years.  All 7 chakras will be checked and Reiki will be sent to all the chakras with a specific focus on grounding back into the body, relaxation, anxiety relief and rebalancing the energy of the womb and sacral chakra. If the mother wants to baby to receive a little reiki with this session, they have the option to do so.  The energy will continue to process within the aura body for 14 days after your session. 

Frequency Recommendation: One a month for 3 months

What is Reiki for a future event?

If you have anything stressful coming up. Reiki will be sent to you during that day and time of your event.  Events can be weddings, surgeries (I suggest a mini reiki or full reiki session for this), test, public speaking, an intense conversation, meetings at work, weddings, funerals, showers, moving, presentations, day of therapy, doctor's appointments, etc. The Reiki will be processing 8 hours before and after event.  You will need to email Imani the date and time of your event.

What is Animal Reiki?

Animals need love too! Animals absorb a lot of energy just likes humans, sometimes they need their energy refreshed as well.  This reiki can also be used if your pet has separation anxiety, medical issues, getting prepared for surgery or transitioning.  The Reiki will process for 7 days after the session.  Animals are very receptive to Reiki energy :) I will text before and after the reiki is sent.  This session can take 10-20 minutes, depending on the situation.
