This self-paced 28-day experience was created to assist you with developing a relationship with your ancestors and getting into a flow of communing with them on a regular basis that fits your lifestyle.  This experience is beginner friendly and for those that need to get back into a regular practice.    

If you also feel like this may interfere with those that are in your immediate environment, there will be options shared on practicing in private.

All participants will receive:

-access to a private group on GroupMe to connect with like-minded individuals 

-PDF with preparation and exercises (meditative, hands-on and explorative)

- two rounds of distant energy work pertaining to clearing energy of your bloodline/DNA and past life vows of your ancestors

-an ancestral guided meditation
