The Opposite of Complaining is Doing

It's pretty obvious that we all want to see some type of change in our lives...

But it's not going to happen by constantly complaining, moping or thinking that the change is going to magically appear.  I know one of the constant trends is to be "delusional", but it also has to be backed with some action.

If you're a person that constantly complains about the same thing that you need to change about yourself then you would benefit from radical change.  Sometimes "small steps" daily ain't the recipe for everyone, especially if you've been sitting in a comfort zone for over a decade.

You have to take bold steps, do something unexpected to throw off your comfort zone meter. Once you get over that first shock, then create more :)

Think about the last time you started a new chapter.  Did you tip toe starting that mf?  Did you just jump in?

And stop caring what people think so much because they really don't care like that.  Many people talk shit because seeing you gear up to leave your comfort zone triggers them into a spiral of why they never took a leap or bound.

If you feel like you're having some block due to childhood or traumatic events, then explore certain practices, therapies, rituals that can assist you with leaving that unwanted energy behind.  Ultimately, you want to progress, so stop hindering yourself.

Make peace with your mistakes.

Open your arms to your next level.

Stop talking to yourself all crazy.  You don't like when you hear others do it, so why do you do it to yourself?

Encourage yourself.  You don't need to wait to the new year, moon, 5 days, 20 seconds and when you get the money to make a change.  If you want to see something shake, then start now.

I know you can do it, because you've done it before.
